tmail must not be used for fraud, harassment or illegal content. If you notice abuse, let us know.
Report a mail in tmail
Open the mail and tap “Report”. The mail is flagged for the operator, who is notified. This is the fastest way while the address has not expired yet.
Report by email
For anything else, for example if a tmail address was used to defraud you, write to us:
- the tmail address concerned,
- date and approximate time,
- a short description of what happened.
Illegal content
Never forward illegal content, in particular child sexual abuse material, not even to us. Only describe where you saw it (address, time). We review the case and inform the competent authorities where necessary.
What we can do
We can block addresses and names, block senders and delete mails. Because inboxes are deleted after 24 hours, a quick report helps most.
